Call for Remits - to be submitted by 12 June

AGM is your opportunity to present proposals for changes to the WATRC Incorporated Constitution or the WATRC Ride Rules.

To ensure that remits are presented in a clear and consistent format for consideration by members, we ask that you use the Remit Form that can be found on our website.

Remits are distributed to members ahead of AGM, and proxy voting is permitted - a proxy form will be distributed prior to AGM. Remits must be submitted by 12 June.

Because proxies are accepted, remits cannot be amended at AGM and will be voted as they stand.

WATRC AGM and Prizgiving Dinner 2 July

We've set the date and booked the venue for the Annual General Meeting of WATRC Incorporated, to be followed by the end of season Prizegiving dinner.

The date is Saturday 2 July. The venue is the Waikanae Chartered Club at 8 Elizabeth Street, Waikanae.

We have the venue from 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm. Please endeavour to arrive and be seated before 4:30 pm so that the AGM can get underway promptly.

Tickets for the dinner are $30 for adults, $15 for under 17 year-olds and free for under 5 year-olds.
Bookings and pre-payment in full are required by Friday 24 June. No late bookings can be accepted.
