Our AGM and Prize-giving Dinner will be held on Sunday 2 July 2017 at the Waikanae Chartered Club, 8 Elizabeth Street, Waikanae. Please arrive from 4:00 pm to be seated with your refreshments for a 4:30 pm AGM start.
Dinner will be served from 6:00 pm. Dinner must be purchased and paid for in advance, preferably by Internet Banking with your full name and number attending in the transaction details. Please see the AGM notice for details.
Closing date for receipt of remits for consideration at AGM is 8 June. Please use the remit form and follow the instructions to ensure your proposed change is clear.
Our draft ride calendar has been released. At this point we will attempt to stick firm on the dates as these are agreed in consultation with other clubs. The venues may be subject to change, but we'll get those locked in as soon as we're able.
